Refund Policy

For Tai Chi Green Tea purchased online, we have the following return policy:

1. We will refund 95% of the price of the tea.

2. Any returns should be made as soon as possible and no later than the 31th day after receipt of the tea.

Please notify us by Email (sales@taichigreentea.com) once you have decided to return the tea. We will really appreciate it if you let us know the specific reason for the return.
