Refund Policy

For Tai Chi Green Tea purchased online, we have the following refund policy:

1. Any returns should be made as soon as possible and no later than the 31th day after receipt of the tea.

2. We will refund only when we receive the returned products with only one box opened in which 4/5 of the tea packets are still there and other tea boxes are intact.

Please notify us by Email (sales@taichigreentea.com) once you have decided to return the tea. We will really appreciate it if you let us know the specific reason for the return.
