    Tai Chi Green Tea
The Freshest, Organic, Edible Green Tea.

General Suggestion as How to Enjoy Green Tea

Green Tea may help prevent & fight cancer, protect the heart, lose weight, lower cholesterol, reduce blood
pressure, slower ageing,  detoxify the body, boost immunity, lower blood sugar, prevent & fight diabetes, relieve
stress,  aid digestion, boost memory, strengthen bones, protect teeth, fight allergy, fight arthritis, enhance physical
    performance and etc.
Generally speaking, if we make green tea with cooler water, it is always better. The cooler water will draw out
the nutrition in tea leaves and make the tea more beneficial. Hot water could easily destroy most nutrition in green tea.
Usually, the higher the quality, the lower the water temperature it requires. But for people with digestion problem,
cold, heart burn or heart disease, warm water will be better.
Once the green tea is steeped, it must be consumed as soon as possible. If we let it sit there too long, some of the
best components in green tea will be gone. We should bring the tea into our body as soon as possible or within one
    hour.
The fresh, high-quality green tea can be eaten raw and can be made into tea using cold to warm water. Try to
only consume the fresh, high-quality green tea; staled green tea will be harmful to your health and low-quality green
tea may not have all the health benefits green tea supposes to have.
